ok im just curious, im 13 and would like to make some extra money and have a semi-interesting life.. im a little smart and know HTML/CSS do you think it would be better to just make myself my own site, or to use blogger? cuz im stil debating which would get more veiws, please reply

google adsense checks for fraud clicks... they can tell through CTR- if they see crazy CTR in your reports all of a sudden they can suspect you of fraud clicks and permanantly shut down your account.
