If you think it's just about resolution, you're kind of missing the point. And having 1920 x 1200 on a 17" screen requires AMAZING eyesight - not everyone can handle a display that small but so high resolution...- Jason

A contest like this one? Maybe...there's something in the works right now, but I can't share any details about it just yet. Watch Digital Home Thoughts for details.- Jason

I can't buy cause I can't afford buying a desktop type computer which cannot be upgraded and much more expensive. Glad finally you understood the difference between "laptop" vs "portable computer". This is definitely not a laptop as you mentioned in video title..
ThoughtsMedia (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
Those are your interpretations, and not fact. A portable computer this big is certainly not for everyone, but HP sold a lot of these so obviously there some sort of a market for it. No one is forcing you to buy one...- Jason

Laptop- means it needs to sit on your lap..Notebook - means it needs to be in size of a notebook..This hp mutated computer is just a desktop wanna be - but it is not as strong as a desktop though. if you paid $5000 for it , better jump down from a bridge,, |
