The sample model is a sample model - like its says you cant build anything in the sample model.

Read the website - It says it is important to note that this sample model is not the 3D software but a demo model that has been built in our 3D software being displayed in our royalty free viewer software ( included for free ) - you cant build anything with the viewer software it is a viewer only . This viewer software allows you to share any models you build in the software with as many people as you like as we have done here.

NO you cant use the mouse pad built into a laptop computer, although technically it will work it is uncontrollable, you will just be unhappy with the way the software works if you try to use the mouse pad on your laptop.

The room size is scalable, anything that you use the shapes tool to create you can scale, If you watch the video "Interior Design " in my videos this shows how to do this. The furniture is not scaleable ( just like in the real world ) however the master upgrade allows you to override furniture scale and wall height etc.
